Mediocre at best, seriously? We refunded money that the agent you booked with , stated you got none if you cancelled or left early. You showed, with your dog and got upset when the power went out momentarily. We explained the linemen; were working at the end of the street and we were confident it would be back on shortly..( Who by the way, did a heck of a great job getting everyone power back asap!) It was back on, within 30 minutes but you still left, You then called 911 and said we had a domestic going on and the police showed up. I told them, the only domestic was you being unhappy. As if they didn’t have enough to do, right after the hurricane.. The officer was a friend and understood! Unfortunately the electricity going in and out was not in our control. You complained you couldn’t get in the pool but the chemicals had to be balanced, before we could allow that, for your safety. It was available the next day. We go out of our way to make our guests happy, comfortable and feel welcoming. We don’t believe you ever gave it a chance considering the circumstances of all the surrounding damages from the hurricane.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes we have two little mascots that adopted us 3 yrs ago. Very friendly and vocal at times. I wish I knew what cottage you stayed in so we can take care of the loose outlets. We try to accommodate our guests and let them check in early if possible. They just have to contact us the day before arrival to make sure the cottage will be cleaned for an early arrival. I hope you will stay with us again. Regards, Lynn

Thank you for taking the time to review. Each cottage is like you own home and no we do not do daily housekeeping, However, if you are a long term stay we do exchange your bedding and towels on Mondays and Thursdays. Regards,
