No room service including making the bed, and no additional coffee second day in the room. Carpets are filthy, and no continental breakfast Saturday when we left (after 7 am). The bathroom towels reminded me of gym towels in my high school/college athletic shower rooms. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone, it's obvious the hotel is going downhill really fast.

We were put in a wing with all other puppies. The worst part is the letter you have to sign that if your pup keepa someone else awake you pay money. It doesnt work the same way if non pup owner keeps you awake because they are loud and freak out your puppies. Not happy with that clause at all.

Great location and good parking around property Room 220 horrible sewage smell emanating from bathroom!!!! Probably from shower curtain? Rooms need lighter paint colors overall are too dark Hallways should get new coat of paint Doors are too dark they are chipping and dingy

Overpriced for area. Old, musty a/c. Outdated bathroom. Black carpet… yuck! Kept my socks on!

The rooms are updated. But the person who checked me on was not very friendly. Also, the pool wasn’t open and breakfast was not available yet even though the rate is back to pre pandemic rates! 😡
