"Hotel was clean, room was very nice, friendly staff. Only gripe was they do not disclose upfront that they charge $25 per night hold on your card for incidentals & snacks which are pricey. What you don’t use is credited when you checkout, but they need to tell you this upfront as we suddenly had $75 less on our card to use on the trip. Amenities like the bar, restaurant are closed due to covid but that’s not their fault. No hot tub in pool area. Also if your a honors member, book thru Hilton or the hotel direct or your membership doesn’t mean anything, nor do you get ur points. The room was very nice, we had a shower only room but it was large and plenty of hot water. Very comfy bed. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Easy access from interstate, and there is a starbucks, Applebee’s, mellow mushroom, and burger king across the street. Overall a pleasant stay, they just need to be up front with the $25 dollar per night hold they put on your card as it could mess up ppls plans for other things due to that $ not being available suddenly, we didn’t have any issues but it could happen & they don’t mention it at all at, we found out when looking at our account and had to ask about it. Would stay at the hotel again though. "
