Please note this is a Saturday to Saturday rental. Multiple weeks are welcome and discounted, but check-ins and check-outs happen on Saturday!

Currently under renovation with a completion date planned for April 2024, this five bedroom, three bathroom bay front home is perfect for fun family vacation getaways, accommodating 14 people. This charming and well adorned bungalow will have a newly renovated, well stocked kitchen, and a large island for extra seating and entertaining. Off the kitchen is an open family room that leads to a sunroom where the dining room table is directly overlooking the bay. A coffee and beverage bar is near the kitchen. Coffee makers include one drip coffee and one Keurig.
The bedrooms are as follows:
First floor includes King ensuite with a beautiful window view of the bay and pool area, including a private bathroom, shower and single vanity. Glass sliding doors with darkening drapes for the day you want to sleep in!
Second floor includes the primary King suite, shower and double vanity. This beautiful room enjoys a glass sliding door that provides for beautiful bay views as well as access to the deck. The deck then leads to the pool deck with a very large fenced in yard! Room darkening curtains are there for those who want to sleep in:)

Second floor bedrooms 3,4, and 5 include two king rooms and a bunk bed set up for 6 singles. These three rooms all share a double vanity, shower and tub combo bath.

On the private pool deck, there is plenty of outdoor seating to take in the sun and a dining set in the shade!! A great spot to relax after spending the day on the beach…. or stay indoors and shoot a game of pool in the garage rec room. A full sized regulation pool table with seating, refrigerator, TV and a bar await you.

TVs are in all the bedrooms, with a large screen TV in the living room and the garage recreation space. High Speed WIFI is available and streaming apps ensure you have plenty of shows to watch, including HGTV, Disney+, NETFLIX and Prime Video. Samsung offers plenty of news and other free shows.

For your convenience, a six seat golf cart conveys to shuttle beach goers to and from a handicapped accessible beach access nearby. Gypsy Bay is down a bay front street at the end, on a point, about .5 miles from the beach access.
Have a sweet tooth?? Lots of folks hit the ice cream store or the market for donuts and this golf cart will come in handy for that too!!

Like to fish??? Plenty of room to cast your fishing pole right from the back yard, or Gypsy Bay offers two kayaks and two bikes for the adventurous!!
