The staff was very friendly and did a great job, but the shower, fixtures, windows, etc are super cheap. Everything was broken - the heat, the sink faucet, the sconces by the bed. No phones in the room to contact the front desk. The water temp was uncontrollable - hot only. The constant noise outside from the bar upstairs felt like it was inside our room. The last day the electricity went out while my wife was showering, so we both ended up having to shower in the dark. If it wasn’t for the staff being nice it would be 1 star.

Photos of the rooms are NOT what they are in real life. Everything about my room was half the size shown. My desk was half the size and the room is so small, I couldn't even pull my chair out all the way to properly get in to sit at the desk. It is claustrophobic and the advertisement is false. 0/10

from the beginning the staff was very nice and accommodating, i got there 3 hours early and was able to check in within 15 mins! the room was very clean (they are small however perfect for solo or couple travel) it had a nice view of the downstairs patio accompanied by a huge mural. downstairs they have a full kitchen, library, common room, and bathrooms. the decor downstairs is a vibe! glow in the dark, comfy couches. and above all the rooftop bar! WOW! the view, the drinks, the staff, all amazing. i travel by myself and was welcomed by the staff and everyone who was there was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend, and i will be back!
