"The room was nice but I would have preferred the bath in its separate space. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly in fact I got sick from having too much tequila and they sent a doctor to come check on me after I had called to cancel my dinner reservation. I thought that was the nicest gesture. The property is huge and it was a plus to have the carts running every 15 mins. I also liked the entertainment itinerary. Really enjoyed my stay! And definitely recommend "

"This was our second trip to this property, and this time was even better than the first time (in 2018). The property has been totally remodeled, and the new configuration of the pools is great. This resort also has the best beach area around. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the grounds and buildings are clean and fresh."

"as a travel agent, i look a little harder at properties than most. i can say I love love LOVED this property. I recently stayed with a group of 8 friends for our annual mother's day trip. As expected, no property is perfect and there were MINOR service issues which the manager Edgar handled with the utmost level of care and exceeded our expectations. for a property of this size, i can say that the manager is doing an EXCELLENT job. The property is massive and beautiful. so many moving parts and no detail was left spared to the scenery, the activity options, the food, the rooms, the drinks, you name it. I've been at much smaller properties, which you would assume would be easier to manage, and they do not compare. the food was deliciou s at every meal. 4 nights were not long enough for me to experience everything this resort has to offer so I will be going back to stay longer. the botanical garden was breathtaking. The spa...did i mention the SPA...the lazy river, the shows, parties, etc. Thank you Edgar for taking care of us. I cannot say enough great things about this property. "
