Checking in was difficult due to the clerk who was in training did not know how to add a pet fee to my room and had to wait until the trainer came back from lunch to take care of it. In the morning I found that I was double charged for the pet fee. The morning clerk corrected it for me. The list of TV channels provided did not match the TV channels. There was a list of HBO showings but HBO was not available. Not really what a customer wants after driving all day. Worst motel stay I’ve had this year.

We are sorry you were not pleased with your stay. We work hard to provide the best service and follow policy to ensure all guests are taken care of. We confirmed with Direct TV and do currently have HBO and they will also provide new channel lists if outdated. We appreciate the feedback on new staffing and will make improvements for training as well.
