Like:The front desk people greeted us nicely. Dislike: tv did not work….bathtub drained very slow Ice machines on the first floor only

The whole building inside and outside needs to be Completely Remodeled. It's so old and run down its not funny. The carpet is worn out, the mattress was so lumpy we couldn't sleep on it for a nights sleep. Don't stay at this Days Inn in East Amarillo Texas if you need rest!!!!

Major disappointment was stopped up tub that backed up to around 4 inches deep as we took showers. Told the front desk we shouldn’t have to pay full price for having to deal with that, especially at midnight. Was told the manager would get back to me. I have heard nothing. I will never stay at that place again

I saw the room and was appalled. It was only so-so clean. Toilet brush had done the minimum and there were still poo stain down in the neck. The windows - ground floor - had tape on them and did not look secure. Asked for a better room and was shown the room exactly next door and this room was almost exactly in the same state of affairs as the first room. I decided not to stay. I understand the hotel is old, however, old can still be clean. The front desk clerk was very nice and understanding.
