Thank you for choosing to stay with us recently. We appreciate your taking time to review your visit. I'm very sorry our accommodations did not meet or exceed your expectations. Our hallway carpeting is stained and is being replaced. The hotel was renovated 3 1/2 years ago and included all new carpeting. Unfortunately it hasn't performed as expected and is now being replaced. Although some hotels may feature extra long beds please now that all of our beds are standard length and width for their size (king or double.). I'm sorry there were items you found cold and hard on our breakfast buffet. We try very hard to provide an appealing variety of quality food items and pleasant service each morning. Thank you for taking time to review your recent visit with us and for bringing to our attention your concerns regarding our staff smoking in the building on the 3rd floor and your room being left unlocked during the day. I've spoken with our Assistant GM at the hotel who had no previous knowledge of your concerns. To best address this issue we'd greatly appreciate more information on how you identified the people smoking as employees and the exact location of the offense. The time of day or night would also be of enormous help. Across from the vending area is a 2-bedroom suite. Know that both of your concerns are being addressed with appropriate parties but again, we appreciate additional information. Thank you for your business and your time.
