When we checked into our room, it was dirty. Like it hasn’t been cleaned. The bathroom door was broken. Lots of uncleared spots on the walls and counters. The pull out sofa had lots of stains that would make anyone not want to lay on it. We had to move to another room which that room wasn’t the best either

Waited 25 minutes for someone ro come to the desk for check in. Tried calling and phone just kept ringing. Arrived at 10:50pm after driving all day. Not even an apology when we went and found the staff member. Room so far is nice and large, separate living area. Bathroom in lobby was very dirty and paper all over.

Bigger inside than it looks, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wish the beds were queen but they were comfortable. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly.

Upon arrival to the room Discovered there was no phone in the room. A safety issue /concern for those without the LUXURY…. of a cell phone. The desk clerk said there were no extra telephones and I was unhappy I could checkout/ her first go to. Not to mention poor customer care and guest advocate for guest safety. I am a RN an safety for people is too concern. Parking is terrible far away from entry or in the back in the dark. Let’s deactivate super easy and cannot gain entry safely from the back late night forced to come and go from 2 block distance from room to car. Not to mention locating most of guests lower level/ basement in the farthest back portion of the floor. Due to Renovations. ROOMS AVAILABLE SHOULD BE PERFECT and issues should not be dismissed due to RENOVATION I WILL NOT BE STAYING IN A BESTWESTERN AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND TO MY MANY TRAVELER COWORKERS
