When we checked in they gave us a room and when we went to the room there was another family's stuff still in the room, no person's just all their stuff. This was very concerning that they gave us a room with someone already there. We immediately went back to check in an they gave us another room. my concerns were that they may do that with us and our things would not be safe, or someone may come in when we were there. This was worrisome to me. I was concerned for our safety and the fact that we walked in on someone elses stuff. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Check in was fine. The lady who checked us in was polite and professional. We were assigned the wrong type of room. I didn't realize the mistake until we got to the room. I called the front desk and spoke to someone who wasn't able to assist me. I went downstairs and spoke to the manager. He placed us in the type of room we had reserved. Everything else was great. We didn't attend the complimentary evening reception; however we enjoyed the breakfast.

Great staff, very clean, reception was 5-7, which was wonderful! Excellent breakfast. Only negative I could think of is that the indoor pool is small.
