Hotel staff were not very helpful/friendly. Room wasn't very clean...ants and a cockroach in the bathroom. Stains on the bed sheets. Towels weren't stocked. Hot tub was not "hot" ...was also foamy and not very clean. Laundry facility was not in working order.

I did not feel like the photos shown for the property are up to date. The hotel definitely needs updating. It smelled very musty. The bed was very hard. Excellent water pressure and I was allowed to check in early. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here. I was so anxious the entire time.

The property was older and needed some maintenance. Rooms need some updates to tubs and sinks, wall repairs where settling has occurred. Breakfast was good. Much more complete than others.

This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The staff was polite but concise and uninformative. We had to go back to the desk twice to get the correct parking information. We went down another time to ask for clean sheets. Every carpet and surface seemed dirty or dingy. It smelled like old smoke and musty clothes. We had dirt and hair in our beds. The ceiling of our room looked like it was partially patched. The curtains wouldn’t close all the way to block out the super bright street light, the elevators were tiny. The tub dripped all night. The breakfast was ok, but after everything else we were not confident we wouldn’t get food poisoning. I don’t know if this is a fluke or what you should expect from this brand, but we won’t be coming back.

Hotel itself is ok. Found spoiled produce in our fridge dated the end of January. We were here mid February. Nice pool area except when parents let their children use the hot tub as their pool and let them do whatever they wanted. Also should be on the description somewhere that you do have to get a ticket at the front desk for parking. Would have been nice to know that before arrival.
