Flight Review

Mar 14, 2020

The crew had a refreshingly good attitude and were professional and upbeat.

Mar 13, 2020

With the corona virus going around I was very nervous on my way to this wedding I couldn’t last minute bail on and the staff was being very nice and normal which made it better on my nerves lol

Mar 9, 2020

United employee was extremely helpful as this was our first flight in about 10 yrs. boy how things have changed. Amazing!!

Mar 1, 2020

My mom’s flight from Charlotte to Charleston was delayed and your staff went above and beyond to get her on another flight and make sure she was comfortable while waiting.

Feb 25, 2020

Our seat assignment at the gate put us in Comfort Plus. That perk gave us more room than we expected. We also gate checked our carry-on bags so we didn’t have to pay for the extras

Feb 23, 2020

The plane seemed old, my seat was worn and perminently dented. There was also a funky smell of something chemical/mechanical as we started to mive away from the gate and toward the runway.

Feb 21, 2020

Good flight overall

Feb 17, 2020

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Charleston

Make your trip to Charleston that little bit easier by reading over these practical security tips:

  • Security staff will ask to see your passport and boarding pass at the checkpoint. Tuck them away in a convenient place, so they're all ready for inspection.
  • Belts, wallets and power banks must be put in a tub for X-raying. If you pass through the body scanner with any one of these items, you'll be asked to turn back and remove them.
  • Everyday electronics such as laptops, phones and cameras will need to be put through the X-ray machine separately. Make sure they're easily accessible.
  • Flying with a favorite cologne? As long as it's not bigger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and it's placed in a clear resealable plastic bag, you can keep it in your hand luggage.
  • Steel-cap boots and other cumbersome shoes are most often X-rayed at the security checkpoint. Consider wearing simple sneakers instead.
  • Razors and knives are prohibited from entering the aircraft. Put them in your checked luggage to avoid leaving them at the security checkpoint.
