Crystal at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite. She asked if we had a preference which room we would prefer. I asked for a room near the elevator and she gave it to us. She also referred us to a couple of restaurants in the area. Only one complaint we were given one wash rag knowing there were 2 people in the room to shower with.

No one there for 15 minutes to check me in. Charged my credit card $50 for incidentals. Will not stay here or any other Best Western because of poor service.
