Beautiful hotel. Surprisingly little information at hand in the room and on the app. Restaurants were inaccessible due to high demand by both guests and general public. No coffee availability in room which though minor should be a given. Not worth the price,did not feel welcome.

A truly wonderful five star experience! Beautiful hotel in the center of the historic district. Room was huge and very well appointed. Concierge got us a couple of great tours. All the staff was super. Overall a great experience

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and offered car service to nearby locales. Staff was friendly, professional and made great recommendations. Really a must stay in Charleston.

We went for a holiday getaway Dec 23-27. Great location for walking to all the attractions. Attentive staff and beautiful rooms. We had a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. Not sure the balcony is worth the extra cost unless you are on an upper floor. Our view was the back entrance of the hotel and a parking lot. We did enjoy a glass or two of wine on the balcony, but it was tight having 2 people out there the way the doors opened. We were in a room near the elevators and it was still very quiet in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose The Belmond Charleston Place again.
