No-one at valet parking on arrival. Front desk didn't answer phone. They tried to charge me extra $50, credit card machine didn't work so they decided not to charge me for "incidentals". Hard to understand front desk lady. Not friendly front desk.

Rooftop bar had great view. Room was well appointed and clean. Parking was convenient but pricey. Hotel very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

I understand in the time of COVID things are much different. No cleaning the room, no garbage pickup, no fresh towels unless you call and ask. I would certainly think that they could ask what time the guest will be out of the room to at least do a couple things. Dissapointing.

Good location on King Street. Sofa bed not very comfortable for kids sleeping on it though. Need to upgrade to better mattress.
