Susan, thank you for your feedback. We offer complimentary coffee everyday in front of our restaurant. We are also in the process of updating our nooks on each floor with coffee makers. We have a steamer in our guests room and iron and iron boards upon request. We hope to be able to service you again soon.

I was amazed that the room was dirty. There is a huge marble table in front of the couch and tv that was covered with water marks and stains and apparently not cleaned. We were on the third floor and it was unbelievably noisy. A light in the room kept flashing all night long and couldn’t be turned off. And there was no room service so we had to go down and order the food and bring it back to the room ourselves. And to add insult to injury THERE’S NO COFFEE!

Property location was good for tourists. Otherwise a disappointing place to stay. Service was poor from the start (valet not staffed upon arrival, no bell clerk, reception sent us to the wrong elevators (could not access our room from where they initially sent us), etc. Personnel just don't seem to care. Lobby and bar areas were nice enough, but the rest of the common areas were very worn and tired. Stained carpets, chipped paint, worn floors. Central location to use a coffee maker was odd and seemed cheap (didn't want to spend money on in-room coffeemakers). Room was similarly worn and reflected poor maintenance and "cheap" options. For example, bathroom had 6 different metal finishes, walls are painted a dark textured finish to hide flaws. Poor color choices make rooms very dark (black trim, dark walls). A "record player" in the room is just pretentious attempt to be hip and worse when it doesn't actually work as a record player. Lots more examples, but just poorly done overall. In light of service, really a 2 star hotel
