Renovations start August 1, 2023: New Pool, Outdoor Kitchen, 1st and 2nd Floor Renovations. (including an all-new main kitchen) additional square footage allowing for larger living areas, kitchen, dining, and bedrooms.

This fantastic 6 bedroom, 6.5 bath oceanfront Island Oasis is in North Forest Beach.

An inviting great room encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living room welcomes you with stunning ocean views through a wall of windows leading to an expanded veranda. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that opens to a large dining room table overlooking the ocean. A bright sunroom with luxurious seating for reading or relaxing is just off the great room. The first-floor master suite has a large private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The house has an elevator that serves the 1st through 3rd floor (guests must use steps to get to and from the ground floor to the 1st floor).

Panoramic ocean vistas from the upstairs deck are accessed through the family media room/den. The three ensuites on this floor are beautifully appointed, and the master boasts another "room with a view." Gorgeous window seats in the 3rd-floor oceanfront ensuites are another spectacular feature of this fantastic seaside home.
This stunning retreat is only steps away from Coligny Plaza, with shopping, dining, and entertainment. This home is truly the perfect island escape.

Enjoyed the stay and closeness to the beach.
We had a few complaints, but, communicated with the property manager and assume everything has been taken care of.
