The hotel was beautiful. Staff was more than friendly and very helpful. Only this that my family disliked was the hotel restaurant. We paid alot of money for food that i could make better at home. But, i would def stay there again.

Unable to check-in with out parking off property first. Checking in was odd and a sign inside that states Check in on the 3rd floor would be a big help. Either that orhave a check-in near the parking deck.

I looked for South Bay motel, like I booked, no such animal. On my confirmation, nothing that said the name changed. Finally had to put it in GPS and made it, everything after was wonderful!

I loved the location of this property and the amenities along with the chic decor. Customer service was on point and these days keeping a happy staff is hard.
