The property was up to date and clean. Breakfast was all prepackaged foods. Room was big enough and comfortable for our family. Internet reception was poor. (We use Verizon) Hotel wifi was very slow. Parking is either valet for $36/day or public parking garage for $25/day. They explain it’s maximum of $18/day but it’s not. It was $25/day. Beware of parking fees.

I arrived to 10 people waiting to have their car valeted. Their was only 1 person getting AND parking cars. I decided to park in the public lot after 30 mins of waiting. The hotel did not have housekeeping unless you asked to have goyr trash removed. This would have been nice to know before booking. Also there was one person working the front desk, bar and taking orders for meals. Hotel severely understaffed. Should not be open until they can get a full staff. I checked out 2 days early just for the headache of this place.

Unfortunately, some of our services and amenities were required to be temporarily suspended or became unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions put in place for the safety and well-being of all guests. Our hotel website does show the latest available or limited service or amenity and we apologize if you were not aware of this when booking your stay. For the safety and well-being of our guests, we ensure the rooms are cleaned prior to a guest's arrival and do not service the room again unless the guest makes a request or there is a stay of 3 or more days and then only between 8am -12pm or 12pm – 4pm. We appreciate your comments as we would want to ensure that our website continues to have the latest updates of any service closings or limitations so that our guests are always informed. We do hope you will consider giving us another chance to welcome you back in the future.

The stay was fine, but we were caught off guard when it was told to us after the fact, they were not cleaning rooms. We didn't get the breakfast, so I don't have an opinion on that. The room was nice and clean and right downtown in the heart of everything.

The rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable. We were just very disappointed with the breakfast. Understandably the food had to be pre packaged but there were only one flavor of yogurt, one kind of muffin, no toppings for the plain oatmeal, etc. We had to pay for a breakfast elsewhere, when we had planned not to. It very much felt as though the current virus was used as an excuse to really cut back when they could certainly take measures to provide much better food... or even just cereal...
