Receptionist was really nice but, Room offers fridge, stove, microwave but no plates, cups or utensils. The smell was really unpleasant and found a few cockroach. Never again!

Clean and quiet with very professional and cordial staff. I had a problem with the fridge. It was addressed immediately. My only issue was in my 3 week stay, no one inquired about whether or not my room required cleaning. I thought that was odd.

Only stayed for 1 night but could tell that this hotel housed ALOT of long term renters. Overall the hotel was clean but because of the kitchenettes there was an overwhelming smell of food throughout the hallways.

1. there was a warm bad smell in the hallway as you get off the elevator. 2. when I went into the room and looked down I had track a dead roach in to the room as I looked around in the corners they were dead roaches under the cabinet in the corners. 3. there were live roaches crawling on the floor near the sink. 4. there was a monster stomping around upstairs with combat boots walking from one end of the room to the other most of the night and early in the morning!! 5. Awaken at 5:35 a.m. the bed being hit against the wall for hours. The bed is on roller wheels so it shifted . Believe the reviews folks!!
