Excellent communication and super accommodating host. Quiet street , well lit, plenty of parking. House as pictured. Easy to get to Fort Jackson. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Extremely grateful for being pet friendly. My only con ( might be personal) with outside being so well lit , bedrooms stay very bright for sleeping. As only have blinds. I would have liked a way to block out street lights more. If you’re like me may want to bring something to cover windows. Highly recommend this property.

Quick UofSC Parents Weekend
Unit is clean and comfortable, easy access to downtown. Plenty of parking, as stated no CATV but the TV does have plenty of apps on it. Only reason 4 for Accuracy is because while the kitchen is "stocked" it does not have dishwasher nor could we find any kitchen drying towels. Other than that only other item is that some hooks in bathroom and backs of doors would be nice to have a place to hang towels.

Very nice apartment
This is a 2nd floor apartment located minutes from the USC campus. The apartment was very nicely decorated and comfortable. I would recommend this apartment and will be staying here again.
