The staff was outstanding! Every encounter I had with staff from check in to the cleaning ladies was spot on perfect! There was no hair dryer in the room! :(

Cons: More temp control in the rooms.
Everything about the hotel was wonderful with the exception of the AC. It was 45-50 degrees outside, but even with the AC on high my wife and I sweated during the night.

Excellent stay!

Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: Shower upgrade
Location: Very well located to shopping and the concert venue
Check in was a breeze! Our room was great! Everything was clean and the room looked brand new! Conveniently located near shopping and the concert venue! We would certainly stay here again!
