Would not stay here again unless I had to. The nonchalance about German roaches in the room next to the bed, most likely living all through hotel, was DISGUSTING to think about. Do better. I should not find a roach within 4 minutes of entering the room.

Don’t stay here! It was a nightmare, we were put in a dirty dingy room with so many problems, I have the pics to prove it, first the window started leaking during a downpour and the water started going into the room into the under window a/c and the shower head was leaking as if it was left on 1/4 of the way and water was splashing on to the bathroom floor making it slippery and walking in there with the lights off you could slip And fall, it had a burned out light bulb in the sleeping area so it was a bit dark, when we went to speak with the manager she didn’t want to have anything to do with our concerns about the room, she even looked away as I calmly tried to explain but the only person who was willing to help was a hotel employee and she went out of her way to make the situation better but the managers exact words to the front desk was, don’t give them a new room until I have maintenance look at the problems 😱 I’m like really! But a young lady at the front desk gave us a new room anyway which turned out to be better than where we were, the maintenance guy said the manager had been warned about the problem 6 months prior but never acted on it, to make it worse a man was bringing his dogs down on the elevator and there was urine all over the floor and he looked at me in the eye and said my dogs didn’t do that, I was like dude I just saw them urinate on the elevator floor!! Holy cow why in the heck am I here! So we left from the dirty fowl place. Beware!

SO DIRTY. We had to change rooms 3 times. First room: air conditioner didn’t work. Overwhelming musty smell. Room 2: directly next door to the first, gigantic puddle in the middle of the room. Obviously, it had been there a while. Room 3 (apparently their last available room even thought there was nobody staying there): bed sheets and comforter were damp, there was some sort crusty film on the bedside table that we had to cover up with a towel. Also they charged into our room FREE Breakfast but then weren’t providing it because of Covid. Which is fine but then tell us that and lower the price.
