"Would give 0 stars if I could. I can't even remember all the lies we & others have been told in the two hours we've been here. Showed up at 11:00 p.m. after driving 12 hours & was told they didn't have a reservation despite showing our reservation. We called customer service, & she told her our reservation number. Customer service then proceeded to tell me she said we no longer had our room & advised me to take it up with the third party booking company, as the room wasn't guaranteed (so what does "confirmation" mean exactly?). I asked to speak with a manager & was told there wasn't one & she wouldn't call one.
From there, we watched multiple people come in & be told a variety of other reasons why their reservations had been given released. One couple had arrived with their son at midnight for a baseball tournament & were told the system was down. They were also told that rooms were available but not clean.
I spoke with another couple who drove 16 hours for a family graduation. They eventually got a room but cleaned it themselves. They spoke with the manager, Christie, who was not helpful. They eventually spoke with corporate, which we will do as well.
We were also told a group came & wanted a large room block, & as they arrived, they gave away other people's reservations. We watched at least 10 people be turned away between 11:00 pm & 12:30 am on a holiday weekend when there are no other rooms available anywhere in the area.
It was filthy, & customer service nonexistent."
