"I wasn’t able to check in, I received a call from the Hotel Front Desk staff (Jada) at 10:45pm on my check date, stating that the check in desk closes at 11PM, if I would like to cancel my reservation. I explained to the staff member (Jada) that I was unaware of the desk closing at 11pm, and was annoyed that I’m receiving the heads up at this time. The staff member, asked if I could call them back when I’m closer to the hotel, at 10:55pm. I called the front desk back at 10:55pm and explained that my GPS states eta 11:08pm, and had to beg the staff member (Jada) to please give me to 11:10pm. I went on to explain that I’m coming from Far I was driving from August GA, but when I received the call I was in the Atlanta Metro area. Just about 20 mins away from the hotel. When I arrived to the location the hotel was ducked off causing me to past it at first. Than I had to turn around, luckily I spotted it at this point it was 11:18pm. I hurry and parked, ran to the desk check in office and it was locked. I rang the intercoms and Jada answered stated the desk is closed, and the hotel system had been shut down. I begged her over the intercom that I had no place to go and came from far. To please assist, me stated that there was nothing that she could do and no else that I could speak with.
