We have been to Coronado many times, but this our first time here at Coronado Beach Resort. It’s a perfect location across the street from the Del and easy access to the beach. We had use of bicycles to ride around on as well as a roof top hot tub. Eric checked us in and was awesome throughout our stay by giving us ideas on what to do and where to go.

We were called by the hotel to cancel our room at 10am on the day of the stay. Customer can’t do that but the hotel can with no consequence, not cool.

Had to sign a waiver releasing the vendor from any items stolen in roim yet there was no safe available in the room. Also, the business center was down the entire stay and access to internet services was down. The desk attendants can use some customer service training on greetings and helpfulness.

Great Hotel on Coronado

Location: The trolley provided reasonable cost transportation into San Diego and access to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park (King Tut exhibit), USS Midway tour.
We were extremely impressed with our stay at the Coronado Beach Resort. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The very reasonably priced accommodations were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach, close to fine restaurants, and near a trolley stop for transportation into San Diego. Highly recommend this resort based on price, location, and staff.

Coronado Beach Resort

Accommodations were excellent, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs and answered all of our questions. On a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the best, I would rate this hotel as a 5.
