It was located on the beach and what i didn't like was thw smell the hotel had the beds moved like a seesaw

No elevator! Who new you had to ask if a hotel had an elevator. We had or 10 mo old grandson and 4 year old granddaughter with us and was issued a room on the second floor. I should have requested another room but decided to just go with it. Carrying a stroller up a flight of stairs was awful! The door to our room wouldn't lock. The phone didn't work. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This hotel smelled the stand up shower not a great idea . The people working there very un professional starring at my wife and daughter like a piece of meat.

Will never stay there again

Cons: hotel had been painted, but not all was completed
Location: great location, we stayed here several times before, close to USS Lexington, Aquarium
ceiling tiles were hanging down in tracks, shower door did not close, commode seat was missing nut

Vacation

Im sorry to say we are only in our first night of a 3 night stay and already unhappy. This was a special vacation for my daughter and family. I should have booked the Radisson next door like my first plan.  First let me say the rooms are much smaller than.on your website  the panoramic is misleading. With 3 adults and a child, and electric scooter, it is quite cramped.  The toilet is constantly running.  There is no outside ramp to beach walk for any handicapped.  In pool area, there is a lot of trash, including a nice dirty diaper on the wooden benches. Each time I tried the hot tub it was full of young children, and frankly I didn't trust the water after that.  I tried calling the front desk twice, and no answer. It is almost midnight and it is weighing heavily on me to cancel rest of my stay at this hotel and find rooms else where.  I ask you please if anything can be done to rectify this stay. great access to breach, very nice pool

Pros: staff, pool , breakfast
Cons: showers, lack of towels
Location: right on the beach. good restaurants on either side
