The staff was clearly not up to marriots servicw standards and is in need of either retraining or a new leader most likely. Dont acknowledge customers. Dont look you in the eye and smile dont say thank you or hpw are you doong. And all the employeea acted this way. The walking distamce to the elevator was way too far and the coffee in room was like 1970s. Tables in dining area were dirty.
