This was a beautiful property, however the additional charge for Internet use is a little bit outdated and ridiculous. The night we checked in and there was a convention, so parking was nearly impossible (WHICH SUCKS after a 15 Hour drive). It took the better part of 35 minutes just to park and check in, and then I was charged $15 for parking After check out. The air conditioning in our room did not work, and we spent most of our night with the hallway door propped open, as we didn't return to our room until almost midnight, and we're just too exhausted to trade rooms. I do not believe this room was a good value. The person who greeted us at check-in seemed less than thrilled, Gave us zero information about the hotel or its amenities. There was nothing in the room to give information about on site amenities either. (Including check out time- i had to call the front desk and ask) Also, for people with mobility issues, please note that the bathroom floors are incredibly slippery in the humidity. You will definitely need to throw towels on the floor if Nana is walking around. It was a beautiful hotel, we had a beautiful view, but I would not stay here again at the price point we paid.

I like that it was close to where I needed to be but what I didn’t like was that I could not use the TV the volume was stuck on 100 very very loud and the remote neither the TV toggle would allow me to change any channels and or turn the TV down. I went down to the desk to notify the desk agent about my problem she took the remote and said she would contact maintenance in the morning and that there was nothing she could do so I was stuck with a loud very loud one channel TV which I left off the entire night so there went my movies for the night. Also after dealing with that problem I went to take a shower and behold the shower was spraying water all over bathroom outside of the shower which I also recorded and showed it to the desk agent the next morning who was very passive and really didn’t care
