Hotel was dirty. Appears as if it is poorly staffed the management is not up to par. Public Bathrooms near the lobby, breakfast lounge, & fitness center were never cleaned for the duration of my two night stay. Every floor including elevators needed vacuuming. Faucets in my room’s bathroom had steady leaks & the bathroom contained a lot rust. Room AC unit contained lots of debris & dirt. Dresser in my room had folded cardboard stuffed under a front corner in an attempt to level it so the drawers would stay closed. Bags of trash remained outside of rooms for several days. I’m been a regular Holiday Inn Express patron for years, but after this experience and a previous Holiday Inn Express miss on another trip I done with them.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom door had something gross on it everywhere, tiles were falling off the wall, mold growing in shower area. Overall gross.

Very convenient to the Ford Center. Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very nice...something for everyone.

To begin with , they gave us a room that was already occupied and or someone took a nap in it. They were unaware the room was not cleaned when they assigned it To us. They assigned us to the room next door The microwave and the telephone were disconnected from the outlets, so we plugged everything back up. The television was not working right, not so much the television but the remote control was not synchronized with the TV. We ask some one to come see it while we were out. No one showed up until we called again. I had to ask for complementary shampoo, conditioner and body wash because we had none in the room . So over all we had a bad stay The rooms were nice even though we had to reset our keys 3 times because the wouldn’t open . our rating is a 4 {1~10}
