Omg this place is amazing! Very clean and quiet. Was my kids first hotel stay and they loved. The pool was great. The surrounding area is very classy and high end. Plenty of things to do nearby. I highly recommend.

Great location with restaurants walking distance. Beds are very comfy with high quality sheets . Fresh hot Breakfast Cooked to order . Water and coffee pot in room . Safe with multiple sanitizers including one sanitizer wipe in room for high touch items . Coffee pot provided in room wrapped in plastic from cleaning procedures . Wonderful Down pillows .

Bathroom door would not close, much less lock. Towels felt like sandpaper! The usual complimentary breakfast served by most higher end hotels cost $14.95 per person here. That said, rooms & bathrooms were very clean!

The hotel staff was very polite. They accommodated all of our needs. They hotel is in walking distance of several restaurants. The only downsides were we could tell that the hotel had been remodeled, and the beds were not comfortable. It was ok for one night.

The good news, for your next visit, is that we are in the middle of replacing all of the beds in the original wing. This will be completed within the next week! Please visit again soon & experience the new beds. We are very sorry that you were disappointed with your last stay, however.

Careful booking this hotel through Travelocity

Our party had 2 adults, 1 child. We booked the room a month in advance with 2 queen beds. When we arrived they said all they had left was a king bed. The front desk clerk said that on busy weekends, your room type is not confirmed if you book through Travelocity or other 3rd party vendor. They gave us a rollaway that barely fit in the room. The breakfast is tricky and is not complimentary. While they want to charge $13/person for buffet style bacon scrambled eggs, they have no waffles or pancakes and a limited selection of food. No hot tea is at tjis hotel, either. Room was clean, staff was friendly, but not a good value for what you pay.

Convenient hotel

This Sheraton was convenient for our schedule. The "standard" room was adequate and clean. However our coffee pot in the room was broken and we discovered that in the morning when we were hurrying to leave. The vinyl upholstered headboard on the bed was shredded...a really tacky touch and surprising for a nice hotel.

Sheraton is great for a one night stay

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, most motels now offer free breakfast.
We stayed here over night and found it to be accomodating. Acouple of things though. The room felt humid no matter what we tried to do to stop this it felt wet and the hallways are noisy. But hey it's a motel.

Great Bargain!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: no hot tub or pool
Loved the location! I met a friend for a girls week-end of shopping and pampering. Easy for me to find from DFW and close to all the shopping we could handle. This hotel was also close to a wonderful Mexican restaurant and a day spa. What more could a girl want?!
