The property was VERY run down walls black bathroom walls black sliding glass door didn’t open. Ask for ocean view this place does have ocean views it’s on side of property all said I would not promote this property on your web site

As soon as we checked into our room we were greeted by Roaches on the bed and living in the refrigerator. Doors were missing on cabinets, no silverware or pots and pans, no glasses or dishes. Front door was flimsy and didn't feel secure. Overall everything seemed to be falling apart and outdated. In need of new appliances, furniture, and paint. Even 1 of the twin beds were missing a leg and I had to prop it up with a stand they had in place. The only saviing grace was the ocean view prime location, and the staff of people and managers that work there they were very nice and delt with my situations well. I was suppose to stay 2 nights but due to these conditions we wanted to check out early and was able to stay 1 night only thanks to the managers and staff there and Expedia. So in conclusion I blame the owners of this establishment and wish Expedia would send representatives to stay at these places before they put them on there lists. Because they really dropped the ball on this one.

Absolutely disgusting property. I don’t ever leave reviews. But this. This is a terrible property. Mold, rust, broken, windows dripping ceilings, the sheets are dirty. This building should be illegal it has way to many health hazards. They didn’t even give me a refund. And Expedia decided not to help either. I’m a platinum member. They should’ve helped out. Now I lost a bunch of money.

Unique- Still use actual keys rather than keycards. Poor experience- Room felt like it should not have been rented out in its condition. Ceiling fan was missing the shroud for the bulb and was held together with duct tape. Bathroom wall had a hole in in about the size of someones foot. TV was about 20 inches wide (not a big deal but a budget 45 inch tv is $200, invest in your rooms) and the remote was missing when I checked in. Didn't bother mentioning it because I wasnt in the room often during my stay. Couch in the room had about 40 years of smoke and dirt caked on it. Shower walls still had several strands of long hair stuck from the previous guest. It was a very budget room with a very budget experience. I will note that strangely enough the pool looked immaculate, however.
