To start off the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Blood splatter on walls in bedroom and poop on the walls in the bathroom. Toliet was clogged so myself and ny husband had to go out and buy a plunger (ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE) because the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it. We asked for extra pillows and were told "NO". Asked for utensils and again, NO. I would rather sleep on the street then in that hotel. The staff, rude and LAZY!! DON'T have a hotel if u can't give people the service and quality we pay for. I'm sure this review is pointless and nothing will get done about it but if i can stop 1 person from staying here then thats 1 person less that would experience the disgust my husband and I did for our 22nd wedding anniversary. WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY!!

Our first room smelt like dog. The front desk individual was very polite and provided us another room. This room still had a smell but not neat as bad. After being in there for a few hours we did have roaches climbing up a wall. Would not recommend!

The bed was not even queen size, it was full size. The smell of smoke and dirt could be smelled from the hallways and inside the room. Although the bedroom and bathroom were clean, the A/C did not even cool enough and was loud. The night shift front desk person was not friendly and had a very cold attitude. Not something you want to see after a long drive. I has also asked for tooth paste and they did not have. Their vending machines we disconnected and looked nasty.
