Customer service was the best thing at this motel. Ms Sophia went out of her way to try to make it right by trying to find an acceptable room, but the rooms we saw needed maintenance and repair. Plumbing exposed. Damaged and torn funishings. Bathroom door damaged so it wouldn't shut. List goes on. We accepted a room with the least damage. Checked out early after killing a cockroach in the room. However things like the pool area and lobby were immaculate.

This is our second time staying here and did notice some property changes but seems like the room we stayed in needed update. The place was so dark no lighting at all only one lamp by the TV. The restroom had a weird smell so we had to febreze it and let me tell you about the bed talk about sinking in the middle. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is really great close by everything.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. My girls were able to swim in the pool even though we didn't get arrive til after 8:00 pm. The breakfast that was provided was delicious and had many options to choose from. Over all this was a great place to stay.

Sketchy motel with dirty floors. The bed sheets seemed clean enough but we were more than ready to get out of there.

Proximity to the Harbor. Place was under construction and this was not disclosed during registration. Housekeeper Elizabeth was great.
