Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you
Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.


The total number of guests in your reservation applies to anyone accessing the space during your stay, not just guests staying overnight. Do not stay here!
I normally would not write a bad review, but my in-laws were supposed to stay at this property for my wedding weekend and upon arrival, the place was filthy. The beds unmade with dirty sheets other peoples belongings were everywhere no clean towels, toothpaste spit in the sink. the area was not as described, they left immediately the host and third-party company or they are working with is not responsive. I am still waiting for a refund.

Property is not as advertised
This location did not appear as advertised. There were various issues with the cleanliness and security of the property. The front door would not properly secure without firmly locking the deadbolt as the door knob was broken. Most of the windows would not properly lock as well and were all unlocked upon arrival. The outside of the property had trash strewn around the back yard and various little bits of trash throughout the home to include a pot roach above the fireplace. The closets and drawers had junk strewn about in them. The remotes for the one television in the house did not include batteries and was actually not even for the tv once they were properly supplied (through purchasing on our own). These were just a fraction of the issues encountered during our sta. The host did respond to messages with an offer of additional cleaning after all of our belongings were in place (declined as to not further risk access into space and risk theft). Outside of that offer, no solutions were put forth from their behalf If you stay at this location I would recommend you bring towels as only 3 were provided for a house with 7 beds. I also recommend you bring a universal remote if you want to watch any television. The area around it was actually very pleasant and everyone that we encountered in the neighborhood were very cordial. I have included photos as well. Lastly, the owner used a 3rd party rental company as well making you complete rental information outside of VRBO
