the lady at the front desk was very nice and kind. that was the absolute only plus about this location. the rooms need updated. They need to be cleaned better. The door to adjoining room was taped shut. The door to outside had cold air blowing in all around it. The Ac unit above door looked ready to fall apart. the curtains were falling down. The bathrooms were pretty awful. This may be the worst hotel i've ever experienced and I've traveled a lot.

Close to downtown sporting events and restaurants. The room had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The carpet was stained and old. The room had a bad odor. There was no blanket on the bed.

The room was pretty much falling apart. The breakfast sucked. They only had bagels and not very many of them. We didn't have a comforter on our bed and it was advertised that there was a free shuttle to the casino but when we asked about it she said it's not available til 4pm the next day which makes no sense being that check out time is 11am.
