The grounds are in dire need of updating and proper care. The outside of the buildings as well. Lots of chipping paint, moldy siding, wood rotted trim. The interior was much better, after recent renovations

The property was ok we stood in a studio and the people upstairs would wash there clothes at 11pm at night on the last night the power went out and we where with no heat the whole night spoke to the property manager and she try to offer me a 25 gift card to eat while I explained that I was cold the whole night and to refund me the night the property is about making money and not the well being of there guest will never stay here again stay away Better to book with a regular hotel or and vrbo place

I'll give this resort a solid C----. Villas exterior was old wood that appeared to have termite damage. Recreation bldg. was in desperate need of renovation. We were in one of the renovated units however, they used cheap materials. The floors were super creaky. When we arrived all of the windows and doors were unlocked, which I found that to be strange so double check the locks before heading to bed. The fire place is non-working and just for show, which was a little disappointing. We found someone else's dirty sock in the bathroom, I'll leave that right there. Net:Net - I would not book this place again, but enjoy yourself. :-)
