This property has had a broken elevator for more than a year and you have to use the service staircase (dirty) to access the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, this is not reported when making the reservation, the room floors are so but so dirty!!!!! They seem to have been cleaned with oil, we asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of the elevator and they did not give it, I read opinions from more than a year ago talking about exactly the same problem and the management has only apologized and made excuses for the problem. I do not recommend this filthy hotel to anyone, it is a shame that it is in such a beautiful place.

Smells clorox all the way, prepare to have a headache. doesn't have a hair dryer. The cover is very thin (to use as a blanket). Front office closes at night, you can't request anything at night. Only have 2 towels per person (1 bath and 1 very small). They clean the room only once a week. If you ask to clean before the end of the week or ask to change the linens there is an extra charge.
