Wonderful weekend stay!! Very clean and excellent service throughout the resort. The pool was fantastic! Loved the security and the fact that they want to keep the pool area safe and nice for the paying guests.The bartenders at the pool bar were exceptional. Frankie, Heather, Shawna and Gwen provided excellent customer service. The only thing I would recommend is to request a room with an ocean view. We were on the street side closest to the bridge and could hear the traffic and it was just noisy. Not the best view to sit on the balcony.We were in room 305 if that helps. King size room was nice size. Huge bathroom plenty of towels small refrigerator. Thank you for a great stay!

LOUD
Love the pool, easy access to the ocean. A lot of drink/food places on resort which is great because of the hurricane a lot of the night life ended. Very clean, staff was very attentive. A large problem we had was the way the floors are situated. There is a hub near the elevator where all of these really long hallways come to a meeting place outside the elevators. Problem is when you get a room in this hub. All night and morning/afternoon it is LOUD out there as groups of travelers are meeting up, getting on the elevators, ironing out their days plans at the top of their lungs. Particularly disruptive in the evening when everyone has been drinking all day. LOUD, booming voices with an echo. So we were pretty much woken up continuously every night and during the day they were so loud out there you couldnt hear the television. For almost $500 a night this reason alone will prevent my return. There are about 5 "problem rooms," on each floor and this can not be the first time they have heard a customer complaint about it.

New facility - clean rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Poorly designed layout for check-in and parking. Check in should be at the lowest level where guests are required to first come into the facility. There is no signage to direct new guests on what is happening that they need to proceed to the second floor. There is plenty of space to provide a check in desk and then on floor number two where they have check in they should put a bar for that large area when inclement weather roll in. The restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch the food is like eating at the airport - not good at all. Very low quality for the price of meals. The dinner restaurant up above is fantastic but pricey. The rooms are very nice and clean. They’re new but overall at $400 a night - it is not worth the stay. There are more reasonably priced hotels with fantastic views and food options nearby that you’ll get a much better deal at half the cost. You’re only paying for the Margaritaville name if staying here.

We really loved our stay here. Although we would walk the area and visit other businesses (so important right now for Fort Myers recovery) we didnt feel the need to get our car out our entire stay. We visited before the pool was not open so I cant comment on that but the other amenities are top notch! We especially enjoyed the 24H fitness room and the fire pits. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. I want to make my bathroom exactly like theirs.
