Disappointed that the check in was on a monitor. There was no one staffed in the hotel. Made you wonder about the safety when staying at the hotel with children.

Hotel was close to jet nlue park and airport.also on a bus line that brings u 2 the airport and the park and mall and park and ride/ beach trolley..restaurant next door but no clubs.a small bar close.

There was no desk staff on sight, housekeeping cleaning rooms at 730 at night. There was super loud people in hallway at night NOT children (that would be understandable). We had a dehumidifier in room that was full of water and leaking. There was no soap in wall mounted dispenser or a bar. We had one regular coffee for two queen beds. One of the beds kept slipping off of box spring. We paid a fortunate for this room and honestly we have stayed in getto motels for less and been much happier. This is by far the worst example of a Days in we have ever been to.

Nice newer hotel, very clean. The bad part was we got a room right at the corner of the common area on the first floor during super bowl Sunday. Half a dozen guys sitting about 20 feet away getting drunk and yelling till 11:00pm and then they went outside our window and continued past midnight.

E check in was strange but worked. First room on the first floor had bugs on the air conditioner. We requested a room on a higher floor and was told there were none available. When we said we would then cancel our reservation, a room miraculously became available. On our second night, I was sitting in the lobby alone. People came and went through the front door needing no card access and, because everything is handled remotely, there was no front desk staff. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We checked out the next day (earlier than our reservation called for) and we were penalized one night's charge for the early checkout. I accepted that and asked for a bill and was told it would be emailed to me. After 2 days when I didn't get a bill, I called the hotel and requested one which they sent. I noticed that they overcharged me for the two nights I spent there. When I called to question this, they told me there was nothing they could do to correct this since the rate was given to me by Travelocity and I would have to go back to them. I called Travelocity and they told me they couldn't do anything- the hotel was in charge of the rate. I was caught in the middle and very frustrated. The Travelocity agent was very helpful. She called the hotel herself to help me resolve this. They told her that I incurred a higher daily rate because I checked out early. So they lied to me when I called earlier This is totally unacceptable. Run, don't walk, from staying here.
