After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant but found the room very clean and nice. Full supplies. Staff was friendly and polite. Would stay again if back in area. If the huricane Ian doesn't remove it.

The pool was great but hard to get fresh towels consistently. My bathroom was not clean and maintained very well. The tub was dirty and visible stains and the door did not close

Front desk clerk was cold and uncaring. There were spiders in the elevators. You could see light through the door jam. You had to SLAM the door to make it latch. The window sills were dirty. The pool was way too warm. The towels were yellow.

The pool area was well kept. Pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition. Good location. What I didn't like was the pool view room I reserved had no pool view. We did have a nice view of the elevator. Front desk would not switch rooms. Room was musty smelling. No housekeeping. Never any towels at the pool area. Breakfast was fruit cups, pre-packaged muffins and cold cereal.

Pluses: location price Minuses: A glorified motel. Breakfast is just cereal, milk, coffee, water and some muffins; they had no napkins the last day. Rooms are so humid (even by southwest Florida standards) that your clothes will be wet. No hairdryer in the room. Enough shampoo for a single bald person; they will give you extra if you ask, but... Understaffed, every time I needed something from the front desk I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up. And the worst, for a hotel that should be used to people coming for work-related conferences and staying extra night or two: they can't split a bill in 2, unless you tell them in advance so that they check you out and check you back in.

Unfortunately we do not have the rights to make this changes, however if the booking is made throughout our Wyndham-La Quinta site we can make any reservation changes without a problem at all. The rooms are very nice and modern. Outside the room and around the property is run down and not very clean.

Room was ok but overall it was not a well maintained hotel. Trashbags we’re just thrown down under stairs and was overflowing out of trash bins. Parking lot had lots of trash littering it along with the sidewalks. Shower rails were dirty. The front staff were not very pleasant had to wait for a long time to get checked in.

We had to change rooms for cockroaches and worms, in addition to the dirty sheets with a stinky smell. The rooms smell stored, it is noted that they do not clean and they do not even change the sheets. The worst. I would not recommend it to anyone.
