Very nice facility, in like new condition. Too bad the service was so disappointing. When arriving at 6:30pm there was no one at the check in desk and was 30 minutes before staff arrived. Room was overall clean but the floor needed vacuumed as it was apparent it had not been. Front desk said she was only staff there and could not come to vacuum. They give you a brown bag breakfast. However we had to wait 25 minuets to receive it from the apparently only staff member at 8:30AM. Owners and or management need to invest in personnel training and invest in hiring enough staff to run this facility. It is unfortunate because it is a nice property.

Thank you for reviewing your recent visit us. I am sorry to hear about your wait times and the lack of personnel. Since COVID, staffing is a challenge for majority of hotels nationwide. Although we have the positions available and attempting to hire every day, no one is ready to start back work just yet. So, yes I understand your frustrations about the lack of staffing completely. We are striving everyday to find team members and improve the overall conditions of the hotel. We hope that in the future when you return that we have a fuller staff to help with accommodating our guest.

The rooms smelled horrific !!!! Each night we came back our room it smelled like mold and musty air. We changed rooms upon checking in because of the same reason in the first room ! The carpets were wet !! The toilet seat was loose. The a/c was not working correctly. I was very displeased with my stay there. I will NEVER stay there again, nor will I recommend it to my family visiting.

Beautiful room & nice pool, though it closes early. Hotel staff was friendly but I was double charged for my stay. After being reassured the problem was solved I get home to find the extra charge was still taken out of my account.

The location of hotel was great! Right before the causeway bridge to Sanibel island . The check in went ok. Went to the room and the fridge was not working and was moldy. Asked for a new fridge or someone to take a look and front desk was rude. There was only one ice machine working on a different floor than our room.we found two dead roaches fell out of our bath towel! Everything else was decent clean looking. Air not too cold and smelled dusty but water was HOT which was good

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. We loved it there. If i could give any recommendation pool needs to stay open later and more towels in pool area. They were empty most of time. But we absolutely loved it there and would recomend to friends
