We would book this property again as so close to the beach. Rooms were big & very comfy, plenty of towels. The only downside was the noise from the tiki bar but to be honest that would only be an issue if you had kids. We loved the laidback vibe, location. As the area is still recovering from the hurricane in 2022 the building work is understandable - we would defo return!

No T.V at ALL and the radio did not work! The front desk LADY is very rude and inconvenienced by asking a question. With no T.V to watch, it was very loud at the bar and with the band playing. The pool was heated. I tried their food/drinks last year and it was terrible bar staff too. The band was good.

I traveled with my three young kids. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady in the lobby gave me a room on the third floor. Upon trying to enter the elevator, I observed that it was not functioning and had a sign on it. I returned to the lady and she informed me that it is broken. According to her, they sent two emails to Expedia stating that they had an issue with the elevator, but I did not receive those emails. I explained to her that I have issues with my back and was unable to carry the luggage up three levels, so I requested a different room on the first floor and I was even willing to pay extra or if there was anything or anyone that could help me to carry the suitcases up, I was will to pay. She responded to me in a very rude manner, stating that I had the option to leave the hotel if I didn’t want the room and she didn't have anyone to assist me with the suitcases. She turned away from me and acted as if I didn't exist. I needed to take out items from the suitcase so that I could take items up the stairs. Furthermore, she placed me on the 3rd floor facing an active contraction. It seems that they are building an extension to the hotel in front of my room. The construction loud noise started continuously around 6 am my kids woke up. I left the hotel early in the morning because I wanted to be away from the noise. It was just a dreadful experience.
