Great place needs bathrooms renovated to match
Was a great time. Disappointed by the bathrooms. For all the nice renovations done to the rooms and facility as a whole the bathroom had scum and black on the tile grout. Very disturbing for the prices paid for rooms. Thats why I gave it a 3. Service excellent comfort excellent but you need to bring the bathrooms up to par. Maybe deep cleaning.

The property is in overall good condition. Very walkable. Easy to get to. The pillows are small and not quite so comfortable. The bed was a little hard. Breakfast was ready on time and as described.

Great value: excellent room and delicious breakfas
Excellent service, welcoming feeling at front desk. Splendid room where everything worked perfectly: good lighting, reachable plugs, excellent thermostat, easy to use remote. Usually there’s something in even 4-star hotel rooms that doesn’t work. Here everything worked! Comfortable bed and black-out curtains. The full breakfast was delicious and varied.

One suggestion I have is to update the elevator. It is quite noisy, old and often made me feel it was going to breakdown. Jaime checked me in and she was very professional, kind and gregarious personality. The room was very spacious and clean. Noise level was minimum considering location is in downtown area. Breakfast was good similar to Hampton Inn but provide bananas and berries. They could use a healthier choice of bread. All of the choices were white flour. Kitchen staff was very helpful. I suggest when asking for the breakfast voucher that they wait to ask you for it when you are not in the middle of preparing your plate but rather wait till you sit down or upon arrival. I would stay here again. It was a pleasant experience.
