Hello, The hotel has changed that protocol with amenities in the room with Covid. The front desk has 24 hr service and a guest can pick up all additional amenities as needed. We certainly do our best to control the noise level in the hotel during high occupancy. We appreciate your stay in the hotel.

Carpet old and stained; no toilet paper or soap in bathroom- had to ask for some; disappointed that there were no electrical outlets at nightstand; old facility that needs to be renovated.

The property is close to the airport. The property is getting run down, it needs to be update or a facelift. It was nice to have a breakfast but it was cold and the potatoes were dry cubes.

The room was dusty and set off allergies, the beds made our backs hurt, there was only 1 working ice machine which i wasn't told about and had to check each “ice machine” area to find, the pillows are tiny, and the restaurant is only open for a small window of time, the only vending machines are drinks that are overpriced or you have to buy things at the front desk which are also overpriced. The restaurant food is not worth how much you pay for it. Old creaking hotel. My husband could hear the guy next door snoring all night. I could hear whenever someone else's door was shut or their a/c came on. The workers were nice though.

There are no elevators. Pool was nice and had towels outside. There was an issue with other people including us with the hotel cards.
