Phone on desk with no cord that didn’t work , wall ac/heater unit inoperable and heater by the window not working. Called front desk and ask them to fix the heat, they tried and couldn’t. Was told that maintenance would come to fix it, they didn’t show up. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom did work either. The lady in charge of breakfast was the only bright spot. Would not recommend this place again. Usually I like this chain of hotels but this particular one was very subpar.

The Property and stuff are fine, food was OK, the shower did not work properly, and we had either very hot water or frizzing cold water and nothing in between, luckily we stayed only one night, everything else was good enough.

Our bathroom had not been cleaned. There was an open bar of soap and the wrapper still on the counter top. There was urine on the bottom side of the toilet lid. The jets on the hot tub were not functional or if they were it was not clear how to operate them. The front desk was unavailable when we went to report our dirty bathroom. We waited 5 mins in the lobby and had to leave for our dinner reservation.

Reception restrooms were out of order. The side doors were out of order - unable to enter the facility except the main entrance. Our room weren’t vacuumed properly. This property is a animal friendly property. Our next door’s dog was barking most of the night. There was only one staff working/ running from the breakfast area to the reception during morning rush hours. This is lack of management issues. Breakfast is a concern and Health issued . Shortage of coffee, serving old bananas-couldn’t eat. Serving the scrambled eggs and sausage in ONE serving Tray -this is a Health concern- food contaminated/ contamination

Kept hearing banging at 2am..not sure from what. Toilet ..have to press lever down longer to make it flush. Staff was very courteous.
