The room smelled muggy, the morning of our check out, the a/c was not controlled by us and we found a roach in the room. When we got there they just asked if we needed a parking pass and obviously we did, but they did not tell us ahead of time what the daily parking fee was. When I got into our room, I read a paper they had in the welcome bag and that was the first time I was notified there was a fee. Didn't mind paying, but guests should be notified in advance. Also, when I checked in, they charged me $80 without notice. When I asked what it was for, he stated that for any room charges. Again I dnt mind, but you need to notify guests in advance of any charges or fees the hotel has.

The staff is nice but the there is only one elevator working which is horrible in a busy hotel. I was charged over $400 a night and still had to pay for parking each day. That’s ridiculous. Hotel restaurant is understaffed so service is not good.
