Gulfview Retreat Apt. 1 block to beach; all amenities; bring your dog!

Gulfview Retreat Apartment,(located on the ground level) is a studio apartment, approximately 400 sq ft total. It has its own private entrance. The apartment has one queen bed, AC/heat, small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, baking utensils, flatware. The bathroom has a large stall shower with a small closet area. There is a washer/dryer on the property for your convenience.

Generally we have a 2 night minimum, although periodically we are able to make exceptions for one night stays on sunday/monday/tuesday/wednesday nights only during the low season.

Many of our guests are couples just looking to get away for a weekend, interns or visiting professors from UTMB, or snowbirds who enjoy our mild winters. We have welcomed guests from around the world, including Canada, Mexico, UK, France, and the Netherlands. LGBTQ-friendly.

We are located in the historic East End of Galveston, one block to the Seawall, and within walking distance to the Pleasure Pier as well as numerous restaurants. We are five minutes to UTMB, Strand shopping, and most tourist attractions.

We are strictly a no-smoking property.

We allow you to bring one dog, and there is a small outside fenced dog area for your convenience. There is a small, non-refundable pet fee. Please note that the City of Galveston requires that all dogs be on a leash, including any of the beaches.

The apartment is designed for 2 individuals only, as per City of Galveston code.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age unless special arrangements are made. Instant bookings made by someone younger than 25 may not be accepted until discussed with manager.

Since this is a residential neighborhood, we cannot loud music or parties of any kind after 10pm.
