Lacked cleanliness

The room wasn’t totally unclean but along the carpet and the wall there was months worth of dirt. The carpet gets vacuumed but there is no effort to clean along the walls. The pillows were plenty. I had five but they are small square pillows. Very uncomfortable for a good sleep. My room was not touched the day before I checked out. No idea why? The towels are so rough they feel like sandpaper. Then again my nightly rate was under $60 so..... you get what you pay for!

This place is kind of sad

Orange carpet, microwave bolted to the counter, thin tiny towels, etc., etc.

Nice hotel and conveniently located

Very good stay. Noisey kids running the halls but not the hotels fault.

Good hotel suitable for a short stay.

If you have to travel to Houston, this is a decent place to stay fur a short trip. The staff us very nice and the hotel is in pretty good again, although the carpets need a thorough cleaning. The on site gym is pretty good, but the lack of sanitizer wiped and requirement for a separate, and daily, access card is rather annoying.

Best staff ever!

Great stay. Car battery was dead next morning. Deven went ABOVE & BEYOND & personally used his vehicle to give me a jump start!!! Very grateful. Will definitely stay here again.
