The property itself was super clean and the rooms were as well. Beds were comfortable. The check in was horrible. We arrived at 3pm and there wasn’t anyone at the front desk area. We waited 20 mins for someone to show up. He walked in like he was just arriving to work as he had a backpack. There was no one else to be seen that whole time we waited. We even went and asked a attendant cleaning one of the rooms and she couldn’t help.

I am upset with fact that they would not come and clean our rooms on a daily basis, when ask for service they advise that you have to request it. And then once it was requested, they told us that they were not cleaning for the weekend we were not satisfied with the service we had to go down to the front desk each day to request new towels

Very happy with my stay. Room was clean, front desk was nice & easily accessible from Hwy. even had free continental breakfast!

Everything was very disorganized, some of the staff didn't know what the reason they were there for. room service sucked had to set up cleaning time and then they wouldn't show up. This was sad because I like to use these hotel a lot when traveling, but may have to reconsider.
